Pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as of January 6, 2012, you may initiate the ARCO rights protection procedure before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data, IFAI, within 15 days following the date on which CALZADO DE TRABAJO S.A. DE C.V. responds to your request, or, if the period established by law has elapsed and CALZADO DE TRABAJO S.A. DE C.V. has not responded to your request.

As the owner of personal data, you may exercise your ARCO rights — access, rectification, cancellation, and objection to the processing of your personal data — or revoke the consent you have granted to CALZADO DE TRABAJO S.A. DE C.V. for the processing of your personal data by sending your request directly to the Credit Department through the email address previously indicated.

Such request must contain at least the following:

Name and address, or another means by which we may communicate the response to your request;

Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation;

A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO rights;

An express statement revoking your consent to the processing of your personal data and, therefore, requesting that it no longer be used;

Any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data.

We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as to carry out such transfer under the terms established by said law.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, in order to address legislative developments, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products. These modifications will be made available to the public.
